Amazing experience!! I worked with a nice lady named Ivana with a goal for strengthening the left side of my body. The place is clean and a very welcoming environment. The equipment is new and sturdy, as I'm a larger person and it held me just fine. I also appreciate Ivana's clear directions on pivoting my movements. Absolutely recommend Embody Pilates!
